Panic at the Disco’s Blog

Brendon Urie :)Friends or enemies is an awesome website that many bands and members can blog on. The website is updated everyday. Everyone from The Hush Sound to Cobra Starship are active bloggers on FOE. Some members from bands have their own blogs, like Sisky Business from The Academy is… or Pete Wentz from Fall Out Boy.

Panic at the Disco blog very often on Friends or Enemies. They post pictures and videos all the time. Ryan Ross has been naming a band for each letter of the alphabet. On Monday he posted O for Otis Redding and told fans a little about him.

” I just want to thank you all for an amazing year and for your continous love, support and smiling faces. You’re the best” Ryan Ross was reffering to all of his fans, he is very happy that we all support him so much. There are so many blogs to check out on FOE. The Academy is… is always up to something. There is always a few contests to enter. Panic sometimes “reviews” movies or posts videos. Visit FOE!

Thanks to NRK P3 for the awesome pic of brendon.

Listen and Learn

ListenMusic :)If you want to find out more about the bands of DecayDance and Fueled By Ramen the beat way is to pick up a CD. Or you can visit the record deal websites DecayDance or Fueled By Ramen. Both sites have alot of info. on many bands including Hey Monday and The Cab.

One of the best ways to learn about bands is to simply pick up a CD. On the homepage of Fueled By Ramen there is a quick video reviewing all the new albums of this year. My favs are Panic at the Disco’s Pretty. Odd. and The Academy is…’s Fast Times at Barrington High.

Both Fueled by Ramen and DecayDance have very unique groups to listen to. If you want to find out more about the music type in the band’s name on Google or YouTube. All the infomation can be alot to handle at first, but pick a Cd or two and play it a few times.

New Bands :)

Band #1

Hey Monday- this group consists Cassadee, Mike, Jersey, Alex, and Elloit. They started their first tour with The Cab, This Provedince, and A Rocket To The Moon. Their debut album was released on OCT. 7th 2008 by decaydance. The name of the C.D is Hold On Tight. I have seen them in concert and they sound great live. I saw them at the House Of Bules in Chicago. The band was on the Bill and Teds Bougus Journey Tour along with Carolina Liar, The Academy Is…, and We The Kings. Afterwards, I met Cassadee (lead vocals) and Mike (guitar). They were very nice and seemed to love being on tour. You should check them out!Cassadee Pope of Hey Monday

Band #2

The Cab-  they are a all boy band that inculdes Cash, Ian,  Alex D., Alex J., and Alex M. They gave a sample CD to Spencer Smith of Panic At The Disco and he helped them to a record deal from DecayDance and Fuled by Ramen. The Cab’s debut album, Whisper War, was released in Aug. of this year. They started touring with The Hush Sound, Steel Train, And Morning Light. I also saw them on tour, they were not as good live but they are very fun on stage. I saw them at the 2008 Rockband Tour with Panic At The Disco, Dashboard Confessinal, and The Plain White T’s. Buy their CD, it is really good.
